Opening of the exhibition «Mysteries of Political Murders: the Gapon and Rasputin cases»

The exhibition's goals are not to simply retell the biographies of Gapon and Rasputin, but instead to investigate the reasons behind their deaths and what political and public forces, or even specific persons, were involved in what happened . The museum collection has a unique set of objects connected to those stories: the photo albums “Photos in Ozerki from the Gapon case” and “The death of Grigory Rasputin-Novih”. The exhibition also presents previously unseen materials from the Moscow and Saint Petersburg archives.
