The exhibition dedicated to Soviet women opened in Hanoi

The State Museum of Political History of Russia takes part in the cultural program dedicated to the cross year of Russia and Vietnam. On January 17, in the Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hanoi was opened the exhibition "Soviet Woman: Citizen, Worker, Mother" dedicated to the history of the women's movement in Russia and the status of women in the USSR.

The exhibition, prepared by the State Museum of Political History of Russia, includes photographs and posters from the museum funds. In response, Vietnamese colleagues will bring to our museum an exhibition of the posters dedicated to one of the most famous political figures of Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh.

The head of the excursion department Elena Lysenko and researcher Svetlana Alexandrova presented the exhibition of the State Museum of Political History of Russia in Hanoi. The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Russian Embassy in Vietnam, the Vietnamese Communist Party and the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Hanoi.
